Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost to get married?
This is our #1 question. Prices generally begin around $200.00 and your
dreams are the limit, but most couples know what they want and
also how much they can spend. On our "Wish
List" page you can pick and choose from all our services and design a
wedding package that fits your needs and budget.
How do we get a marriage license?
To get married in Tennessee you must have a Tennessee Marriage License.
You can obtain one at any court house in Tennessee.
How many guests does your chapel seat?
60 comfortably, but we've had 75. Standing room also probably 100.
Outdoor weddings will accommodate up to 150 guests. We
also have FREE PARKING for your guests *Tip (Make a copy of the
map to
give to your guests in their invitations.)
What's the weather like?
Well, your guess is as good as mine. Although we are not forecasters
generally the snow stays on the mountains and all main roads are passable by
car. A 4-wheel drive is recommended or at least a front wheel drive in the
winter months. You can call us up to 5 days prior to your wedding date and
we can give you the local 5 day forecast (but remember this is subject to
change )
Is your minister ordained?
YES! Dr. Benny Wallis is a retired Southern Baptist Pastor from
Mississippi. He performs beautiful Christian ceremonies personalized to fill your
needs. He can also include a medallion ceremony for the children to unite
families together as a whole. Brother Wallis' words are simple, but
beautiful and memorable.
